We are looking for a Project Manager to support institutional tendering and commercial proposal activities across Europe. This role will contribute to identifying and assessing new funding opportunities, while also supporting the continued development of our newly established office in France. You will work across project coordination, proposal preparation, and stakeholder collaboration, helping turn opportunities into clear and well-structured submissions. It is a great fit for someone who combines strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset and enjoys working in an international, dynamic environment.
In this role, you will help prepare tendering proposals and commercial offers for a broad range of institutional and commercial stakeholders. You will monitor relevant funding opportunities, coordinate inputs for proposals, and support the development of related documentation. You will also collaborate with clients and internal teams across Europe to move opportunities forward in a structured and efficient way. In parallel, you will help track project progress and contribute to the development of new business opportunities, particularly in the French market.
